PROBLEM:
A large manufacturer of explosives has a need for pumping matrix (explosives). The pump had to produce up to 12 bar and be hydraulically driven. At the request of the customer, a screw feeder was installed.
SOLUTION:
To solve this problem, our specialists manufactured the pump unit BN038S02FZS.
Technical details of the pump BN038S02FZS:
- Pump Type - Horizontal Single Screw Pump
- Material of the flowing part - 12X18H10T
- Design outlet pressure - 12 bar
- Entrance - flange DIA100
- Exit - G3` male thread
- Stator - IRP-1294(oil and petrol resistant)
- Estimated productivity from 1 to 6 m3/h
- Drive Shaft Seal Type - Gland
- The hydraulic actuator was selected and provided to us by the customer
