DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
PROBLEM:
Pumping tomato paste.
SOLUTION:
In connection with the increase in the production capacity of the largest cannery in Kyrgyzstan, an exclusive project was developed for the SOLTEC ® BN053L01FYV pump for pumping tomato paste.
Technical details of screw pump BN053L01FYV:
- pump type - horizontal single-screw;
- productivity - 18 m3/h;
- working pressure at the outlet - 6 bar;
- flow path material - 12X18H10T;
- pump cage material - food grade elastomer;
- drive shaft seal - mechanical end;
- inlet - flange DN 80 mm;
- outlet - flange DN 80 mm;
- drive type - geared motor;
- electric motor power - 5.5 kW
To its basic design, this SOLTEC ® food pump has the following additional options:
- variable speed drive;
- stainless frame
