DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
PROBLEM:
An application was received from a large oil producing company for the selection of a semi-submersible pumping unit for pumping marketable oil from a tank.
SOLUTION:
To solve this problem, SOLTEC ® specialists selected and manufactured a SOLTEC ® BV076L01HYX vertical single-screw pumping unit with an explosion-proof electric motor.
Technical details of screw pump BV076L01HYX:
- Pump type - vertical semi-submersible
- Wet end material - steel 20 with protective paint coating
- Rotor material - steel 40X13 after hardening
- Stator material - IRP-1294 (nitrile butadiene rubber)
