PROBLEM:
Screw pumps for production lines.
SOLUTION:
To solve this problem, the specialists of SOLTEK NMZ LLC selected and manufactured a number of screw pumps ONV-1M on a bearing rack without a gear motor. If necessary, the customer independently aggregates the motor-reducer, starting from the performance he needs.
Technical details of screw pump ONV-1M:
- Pump type - horizontal single screw pump
- Material of the flow part - stainless steel 12X18H10T
- Pump casing material - food grade NBR
- Pump screw rotation speed - 100 - 1000 rpm
- Estimated outlet pressure - 1 - 12 bar
- Design capacity - 10 - 300 l/h
- Drive shaft seal type - mechanical face seal
- Entrance - nut DN 50 mm
- Exit - nut DN 25 mm
