DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
PROBLEM:
Pumping viscous BS-150 oil.
SOLUTION:
In connection with the need to pump a new product by a modern Russian enterprise for the processing and transportation of oils, an exclusive project was developed for the SOLTEC ® BN076L01HZX pump for pumping viscous BS-150 oil.
Technical details of screw pump BN076L01HZX:
- type - horizontal single-screw;
- productivity - 30 m3/h;
- working pressure at the outlet - 6 bar;
- flow path material - 40X13;
- pump cage material - oil-resistant elastomer;
- drive shaft seal - oil seal;
- inlet - flange DN 150;
- outlet - flange DN 150;
- drive type - geared motor;
- electric motor - explosion-proof;
- electric motor power - 15 kW.
