DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
PROBLEM:
For one of the enterprises of a large mining and metallurgical complex, an application was received for the selection of pumping units for pumping thickened copper-zinc ore slurry.
SOLUTION:
SOLTEC ® specialists have developed and manufactured horizontal single-screw pumping units SOLTEC ® BN031S04FYN with forced additional cooling of electric motors.
Technical details of screw pump BN031S04FYN:
- Pump type - horizontal
- Flow path material - 12Х18Н10Т
- Rotor material - stainless steel 12X18H10T
- Stator material - oil and petrol resistant elastomer IRP-1294
- Working pressure of the pump - 15 bar
- Maximum outlet pressure - up to 24 bar
- Performance range - 0.5-1500 l/h
- Nominal capacity - 1300 l/h
- Nominal rotor speed - 365 rpm
- Drive shaft seal type - single mechanical
- Installed power - 2.2 kW
- Additional 220 V motor cooling fan
