DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
PROBLEM:
Sludge pumping.
SOLUTION:
In connection with the modernization of the production of a large enterprise for the extraction, processing of ores, and other non-ferrous metals, an exclusive project of the SOLTES ® BN011S02FY pump for pumping sludge was developed.
Technical details of screw pump OHB-12-02-YS:
- type - horizontal single-screw;
- productivity - from 20 to 150 l/h;
- working pressure at the outlet - 4 bar;
- flow path material - 12X18H10T;
- pump casing material - wear-resistant elastomer;
- drive shaft seal - mechanical end;
- inlet - thread 1/2';
- outlet - thread 1/2';
- drive type - geared motor;
- electric motor power - 0.55 kilowatts.
