PROBLEM:
Pumping dough from a bowl. The need for mobile execution and top unloading.
SOLUTION:
To accomplish this task, SOLTEC® proposed and delivered a single-screw food pump BV031S02FYMN with a vertical layout on a mobile frame in a hygienic design. This screw pump creates a working pressure of 4 bar, since there is no need to pump over long distances. The pump is equipped with a swing mechanism.
