DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

PROBLEM:

Pumping fillings (jam, honey, peanut butter, condensed milk, etc.).

SOLUTION:

For one of the regular customers for the production of confectionery, in connection with the expansion of production capacities, an exclusive project was developed for the pump BN015S04FYBSTMN (jam maker) for pumping fillings. The customer has previously purchased this pump. At the request of the client, some changes were made.

Technical details of screw pump BN015S04FYBSTMN:

Pump type - horizontal single-screw pump
Flow path material - stainless steel 12X18H10T
Screw material (rotor) - stainless steel 12X18H10T
Yoke material (stator) - food grade rubber
Outlet pressure - up to 8 bar
Productivity - 0.05 - 0.15 m3/h
Entrance - receiving hopper with a volume of 60 liters
Output - clamp DN 25

CONTROL CABINET BASED ON FREQUENCY CONVERTER:

CC material - stainless steel AISI304
waterproof design IP65
frequency converter with a remote panel on the CC cover

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:

mobile frame - for the convenience of moving the unit around the workshop
bunker neck - to install the bunker
screw feeder - for additional feeding of the pumped viscous product from the working chamber to the gerotor steam
protective cover of the electric motor - protects the electric motor from the ingress of product and water during the washing of the unit
additional cooling of the electric motor - protection of the electric motor against overheating when adjusting the capacity by a frequency converter
"Dry running" system - protection against idling in the absence of the pumped product
