DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
PROBLEM:
Pumping pressed fish mince with fat separation
SOLUTION:
According to an individual technical assignment, a team of specialists from the SOLTEC® company developed an exclusive project for a pump for pumping food fillings, a pump unit BN053S02FYBS V100. The design of this pump includes a receiving hopper with a volume of 100 liters, as well as an inlet for the hopper with an additional screw feeder.
Technical details of screw pump BN053S02FYBS:
- Pump type - horizontal single-screw pump
- Flow path material - steel 12X18H10T
- Screw material (rotor) - steel 12X18H10T
- Yoke material (stator) - food grade NBR SOLTEC ® 7-IRP-1348
- Outlet pressure - up to 12 bar
- Productivity - 6 m3/h
- Inlet - inlet neck with a receiving hopper with a volume of 100 liters
- Outlet - Flange DN 100
- Cylindrical reducer VARMEC (Italy)
- AIR electric motor
ADDITIONALLY INSTALLED:
- screw feeder for additional feeding of viscous media through the working chamber
- bunker with a volume of 100 liters
